However, please be aware it could take months to years to find a buyer in addition to closing costs. We simplify the process so you get paid quickly without any of these associated hassles. 

Do not panic! We got you covered. As long as your deed was recorded we communicate directly with your county to acquire the document. At closing, we will draw up a new deed or our title company will draft a new one. 

Absolutely not! We are in the business of taking the heavy lifting and hassles you would normally experience through the sale of your property and pay any associated fees. Aside from signing paperwork or showing up to a closing we’ve got the rest handled.

We understand it is a burden to pay taxes on unused or unwanted land year after year. You may even owe property taxes for past years. In most cases, we cover all back due taxes in addition to all other real estate closing costs!

We will perform a comprehensive review of your property and if any issues are found we will work with you to resolve them quickly. Every land sale is unique and barring any unforeseen issues with the title, liens, property tax, physical characteristics or deed assignment we will do our very best to lend guidance to help you resolve them promptly.
